We are looking for a Real Estate and Construction Project Manager with 3+ years of experience preferably from rapidly expanding tech companies, with a proven track record of delivering corporate tech office design and construction projects from site selection to FDOB with close-out.
Contract Duration: 6+Months with possibility of longer term extensions
Remote Roles – Occasional domestic/international travel is required for site visits to evaluate space, construction progress, furniture installs, and project completions
Pay rate: $50/hr on W2
W2 Only – No C2C, H1B, 1099, TN Visa, CPT or OPT at this time.

Required Skills & Experience
Site Selection, location analysis, feasibility of sites, including legal, environmental, and zoning considerations.
Concept Development, develop detailed architectural and engineering plans, including layout, infrastructure, and aesthetics.
Submitting plans for necessary approvals from local authorities and stakeholders.
Pre-construction Planning, scheduling, budgeting, and procuring necessary materials and labor and overseeing the construction process, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget. Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite workers to ensure smooth progress.
FDOB preparation ensuring the office is fully equipped and operational for the company’s use.
Testing and commissioning, checking all systems (HVAC, IT, security, etc.) to ensure they are functioning correctly.
Conduct final Inspections to confirm that the project meets all specifications and standards and manage the punch list.
Providing the company with all necessary documentation, warranties, and manuals for the new office space and reviewing the project to identify any issues and ensure they are addressed.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Google Workplace tools, Autocad, and Asana
