Are you attentive, ambitious, and reliable? We are seeking a Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a detailed-oriented environment and enjoys ensuring data accuracy.
Responsibilities
Assist with backlogged work by entering and retrieving data from multiple systems and resources.
Compile reports and import information accurately.
Organize, maintain, and coordinate files and records.
Collaborate with internal team members and external resources to address business objectives and issues.
Ensure and measure the integrity of master data.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and comply with data privacy policies.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Identify and correct errors in data entries.
Ensure secure storage and disposal of confidential data.
Qualifications
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
1+ years of experience working in data entry.
Experience with homeless families or individual population is a plus.
Proficiency in a computer-based work environment with excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail.
Additional Information
Available Shifts: All days except Sundays and Saturdays.
Compensation: $26.00 – $32.00 per hour.
