Project Overview (Size, Scale, Scope):

The project involves a complete overhaul of all business platforms, focusing on middleware and ERP systems. The current transition includes consolidating SAP PI to SAP CPI, addressing various data issues, and making necessary logic adjustments for each integration. The project aims to deliver enhancements for a digital acceleration initiative. We need an expert in SAP CPI, particularly from a mapping perspective, to manage and offload this accumulation of tasks, as it is starting to affect business operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Addressing and resolving break/fix issues and managing the backlog of mappings, including enhancement work.
• Identifying data inconsistencies that do not meet business requirements.
• Prioritizing the reduction of backlog volume by modifying data within S4, refining existing configurations, and making incremental adjustments.
• Ensuring that most of the system is appropriately sized.

Candidate Requirements:
• Experience with SAP PI 7.5 and above, transitioning to SAP CPI.

Must-Have Skills (Top 3):
• 2-5 years of experience with SAP CPI.
• Proficiency in creating mappings, handling errors, and resolving break/fix issues.
• Understanding of change control processes, QA, and production workflows.
• Ability to recommend improvements to the SAP CPI setup.

Technical Environment:
• SAP CPI
• Groovy scripting
• Informatica (being phased out)
• Legacy SAP PI
• Expertise in SAP-Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) with a focus on complex iflow mappings.
• Proficiency in message conversion (XSLT, XML, JSON, CSV, XML).
• Experience with OData mappings, error handling, and Groovy scripting.
• Skilled in value mapping, API execution, and managing errors.
