Data entry associate to record and verify data from source documents into various databases. Responsibilities include processing data from our sales team, entering product and customer data into our inventory management and customer databases.
Responsibilities
Use technical skills to collect and process well-managed data received from multiple sources
Accurately and efficiently enter product and customer data into our inventory and sales platforms
Assist our outside sales team with quotation requests by gathering information
Assist with data-related projects including clean-up and verification of existing data
Manage customer accounts including updating customer files and records
Proactively develop a thorough understanding of our products, services, industry, and customer needs
Communicate with customers via phone and email to accurately handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, troubleshoot customer concerns, and process orders

Ability to manage workflow and improve productivity
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Strong logical reasoning skills

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office competency

Salesforce and QuickBooks experience preferred but not required

Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
Minimum Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
Eligible to work in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent
