We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be attentive, ambitious, and reliable, ready to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with managing a backlog of data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Compile reports and enter data into various systems, retrieving information as needed.
Organize, maintain, and manage files and records, keeping everything in order.
Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to address business needs and challenges.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data, performing regular audits to maintain data integrity.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, adhering to data privacy policies.
Identify and correct errors in data entries to ensure high-quality output.
Safeguard confidential data, ensuring secure storage and proper disposal.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
At least 1 year of experience in a data entry role.
Experience working with homeless families or individuals is a plus.
Proficiency in a computer-based work environment, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Compensation & Schedule
Hourly compensation: $26.00 – $32.00.
Available shifts are every day except Saturdays and Sundays.
