Key Responsibilities:
• * Inputting data from various sources into the company database accurately and efficiently.
• * Updating and maintaining accurate data records within specified deadlines.
• * Performing regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors.
• * Generating reports from the database as required by the management team.
• * Ensuring confidentiality and security of all data entries.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
• * Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is preferred.
• * Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.).
• * Experience with data entry tasks in a remote or office setting.
• * Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• * High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
• Experience:Previous experience in data entry or related roles is required.
Working Hours:This is a part-time position, with flexible hours. Approximately 15-20 hours per week.
