Tribeca Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, PA. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and updating data into our databases and systems, maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
• Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
• Organize and maintain files and records for effective data management.
• Identify and correct data entry errors, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Generate reports and compile data as needed for management and other departments.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
