Job Description
• Develop and design metal fabrication products using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new projects.
• Optimize existing designs for cost, performance, and manufacturability.
• Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide technical support.
• Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in metal fabrication technology.

The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in metal fabrication design or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of metalworking processes and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with project management and time management.
