Job Description:
As a Quick Service Cook and Server at McDonald’s, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and preparing delicious food. Your responsibilities will include cooking and assembling orders, serving customers, and ensuring a clean and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Cook and prepare food items according to McDonald’s standards and recipes.
- Order Assembly: Assemble and package food orders accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly and efficient service.
- Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle cash and credit transactions, and provide correct change.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and work surfaces.
- Health and Safety: Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during shifts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a quick-service restaurant or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
