Job Description:
As a Fast Food Cook/Service Team Member at McDonald’s, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food in accordance with our high standards. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Cook and assemble food orders to McDonald’s quality standards, following all safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and ensure that their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Order Accuracy: Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including cooking stations, utensils, and equipment.
- Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process transactions, and provide correct change.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
