Job Description:
As a Quick Service Restaurant Cook/Server at McDonald’s, you will play a key role in preparing and serving food while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for cooking menu items according to McDonald’s standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing friendly and efficient service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Cook and prepare food items following McDonald’s recipes and quality standards.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and ensure they have a positive dining experience.
- Order Accuracy: Assemble and package orders accurately for dine-in, takeout, or delivery.
- Workstation Maintenance: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and fully stocked during your shift.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Health & Safety: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast-food or quick service restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
