We are looking for an experienced solution engineer to manage award-winning omnichannel digital solutions including complex websites, and web solutions.

The Role:
This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with customers, product, engineering, design, and various other teams to create award-winning solutions.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Project Management:
Managing delivery of the large complex website, and SEO project within budget, and timeline ensuring the project meets success metrics.
• Customer Delight:
Delighting customers by understanding customer business and technical challenges, and requirements and aligning them with Milestone solutions.
Establishing relationships with key decision-makers and serving as the customer’s technical point of contact and advocate.
Excellent communication – Ability to connect customer desired outcomes with various products and solutions.
• High-Performance:
Navigating complex technical scenarios to assist customers in migrating to the Milestone platform from their existing solutions.
• Pre and Post-Sales Guidance:
Applying an understanding of customer environments and goals to provide oversight and guide pre and post-sales teams to successful outcomes. Partner with the Sales, and delivery team in leading requirements discovery, solution presentations, and Proof of Concept.
• Technical Knowledge:
Solid understanding of web technology including integrations, UI/UX, websites, CMS, Analytics, SEO, Front end, and backend technology.
Good knowledge of software such as Wrike, Jira, etc.
Experience in the Change Control Management process and a solid understanding and experience in managing “Triple Constraints” (Scope, Time, and Budget) on a complex and dynamic project.

Proven experience working with remote teams located across various geographical locations.
• Time Management:
Strong time management and prioritization skills to support multiple opportunities and concurrent client requests. Ability to reprioritize as needed.
• Adaptability:
Thriving on change, working well both as part of a team and as an individual contributor. Flexible to work locally, regionally, and globally in a matrixed organization. Adaptability to rapid pace and quick changes is essential.
Background:
• 10+ years of project management experience in an agency building large complex website projects. Hospitality and finance industry experience is a plus.
• Proven experience building websites on various CMS including WordPress, Opensource CMS, Adobe, Site Core, etc.
• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing pre or post-sales solutions engineering, technical consulting, or other related roles
• Ability to travel up to 25% when needed
• Experience working with large enterprise customers and distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, Technical SEO, Website / Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing.
Education:
• BA/BS degree in any discipline.
• Computer Science/MCA/ Working knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JS, Open Source
• PMP or other Project Management Certification is preferred.
