Job Description:
As the HR Specialist Lead at Technosoft Winzons, you will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, managing employee relations, and driving HR initiatives. Your role will include handling recruitment, performance management, and employee support while ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and support a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Implement performance review processes and support managers in evaluating employee performance.
- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- HR Policies: Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees.
- Reporting: Maintain HR records and generate reports on various HR metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR specialist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
