Job Description:

As the Lead HR Professional at Technosoft Winzons, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your role will be crucial in shaping our company’s HR strategy and ensuring the effective management of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances, and promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes and support managers in employee development and performance improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and update HR policies as needed.
  • HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for employees.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR professional, with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
