Job Description:

As a Lead HR Specialist at Technosoft Winzons, you will be responsible for overseeing HR functions and providing support across various HR areas. Your role will involve managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR strategies to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Lead and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and integration.
  • Performance Management: Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance issues.
  • HR Administration: Maintain and update HR records, manage benefits administration, and handle other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, with experience in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
