Job Description:
As the Fashion Design Lead at HTS Techno, you will be responsible for driving the creative vision and overseeing the design process for our new fashion brand. You will lead a team of designers, work closely with marketing and production teams, and ensure that the brand’s identity is reflected in the clothing line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Lead the design team in creating innovative and trend-setting fashion collections.
- Brand Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop the brand identity and aesthetic.
- Trend Analysis: Research and analyze current fashion trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
- Collection Creation: Oversee the entire design process from concept to final product, including sketching, fabric selection, and prototype development.
- Team Management: Mentor and guide the design team, fostering creativity and ensuring timely project completion.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and sales teams to align design efforts with business goals.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all designs meet the company’s standards for quality, fit, and style.
- Presentation: Present design concepts and collections to executives and stakeholders for approval.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with at least 3-5 years in a lead or senior role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and successful projects.
- Deep understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment construction.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
