Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone (inbound/outbound) regarding Samsung products
- Provide assistance for mobile phones, TVs, appliances, and warranty/service-related issues
- Record customer details and feedback in internal CRM tools
- Ensure polite, professional communication with every customer
- Follow company-provided scripts and training to resolve queries quickly
Eligibility:
- Must have completed 12th grade (Higher Secondary)
- Basic Hindi and English speaking skills required
- Good voice clarity and polite communication style
- Willing to work in rotational day shifts (no night shifts for female candidates)
- Fresher or 0–1 year experience in customer support welcome
Preferred:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / typing)
- Familiarity with smartphones and electronics (bonus)
- Regional language proficiency is an added advantage
